NEET 2026 Exam: The exam has been rescheduled for 21 June 2026 (Sunday) with revised timing from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM (IST) after the NEET exam conducted on 3 May 2026 was cancelled due to paper leak. NTA has released the NEET city intimation slip on 7 June 2026 including 551 cities (India) and 14 cities (Abroad) and it will issue NEET re exam 2026 admit cards on 14 June 2026 for candidates appearing in the re-exam at neet.nta.nic.in. The NTA NEET fee refund portal opened on 22 May 2026 for submission of bank account details and NEET refund last date has been extended from 27 May to 22 June 2026. Also, all 22.79 lakh candidates will re-appear for the NEET re exam 2026 free of cost and NEET 2027 will shift to CBT mode.

NEET Eligibility Criteria 2026
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the NEET Exam 2026:
Must be at least 17 years old on or before 31st December.
Must have secured minimum aggregate marks like 50% for General, 40% for SC/ST/OBC and 45% for PwD candidates.
