The authority that conducts MAT, the All India Management Association (AIMA), has finally released the admit card for the Computer-Based Test (CBT) of the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) today, that is 25th September 2025 (Thursday). Candidates who have successfully registered for the MAT CBT exam will be able to download their admit cards from the official website, mat.aima.in , Starting from 5:00 PM onwards.
MAT is a national-level entrance exam conducted four times a year, in February, May, September, and December for admission to MBA and allied programs in over 600 B-schools across India. The September session of CBT is scheduled to be held on Sunday, September 28, 2025.

How to Download MAT CBT Admit Card
Candidates can follow these simple steps to download their MAT CBT admit card 2025. Here the first step will include visiting the official website of MAT AIMA, followed by the other steps given below:
Step 2:Click on the âLogin for MATâ tab, given on the ride side of the homepage, wrapped in blue box.
Step 3: Enter your registered email ID and password
Step 4: Navigate to the âApplicant Dashboardâ
Step 5: Click on the âDownload Admit Cardâ link
Step 6: Your admit card will appear on the screen
Step 7: Download and print the MAT CBT admit card for future reference
The admit card will contain essential details such as the candidateâs name, form number, roll number, test date, test time, and test venue address. It is mandatory to carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid photo ID to the examination centre.
MAT CBT 2025 Exam Structure and Mode
MAT CBT consists of five sections, Language Comprehension, Intelligence & Critical Reasoning, Mathematical Skills, Data Analysis & Sufficiency, and Economic & Business Environment. Each section contains 30 questions, making a total of 150 questions to be attempted in 120 minutes. There is a provision of negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.
Candidates have the option to take the MAT in three formats:
Paper-Based Test (PBT)
Computer-Based Test (CBT)
Both PBT and CBT (by paying an additional fee of INR 1600)
The registration fee for either PBT or CBT is INR 2200, while candidates opting for both formats must pay INR 3800. Those choosing both formats can select up to seven management institutes to send their scores, compared to five institutes for single-mode applicants.
Test Cities and Centre Details
The MAT CBT will be conducted in designated test cities across India. Candidates can choose their preferred city during the registration process. The exact test centre address will be mentioned on the admit card.
Candidates are advised to verify all details on the admit card and contact AIMA immediately in case of any discrepancies. It is also recommended to reach the exam centre at least one hour before the scheduled time to avoid last-minute hassles.
