MSBSHSE, the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, has made public the timings for the 2026 board examinations. HSC and Class 12 tests are going to start on the 10th of February, 2026. Whereas, the date for the Class 10 (SSC) exams is slated to be from the 20th of February 2026. Students will sit their examinations in a traditional pen-and-paper mode, with two shifts each day. The board has released detailed paper-wise timetables for all streams, including Science, Commerce, Arts, and Vocational subjects. Students are advised to download the official PDF from the official website for stream-specific schedules.

Important Instructions for Students

  • Students have to bring their hall tickets along with a valid ID to the examination centre.

  • Get there at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time. 

  • If there is a requirement to do so, COVID-19 protocols should be observed during the time of the exams. 

  • Differently-abled students are offered some special provisions such as the extension of time and separate seating which are included in their rights.
