MSBSHSE, the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, has made public the timings for the 2026 board examinations. HSC and Class 12 tests are going to start on the 10th of February, 2026. Whereas, the date for the Class 10 (SSC) exams is slated to be from the 20th of February 2026. Students will sit their examinations in a traditional pen-and-paper mode, with two shifts each day. The board has released detailed paper-wise timetables for all streams, including Science, Commerce, Arts, and Vocational subjects. Important Instructions for Students

• Students have to bring their hall tickets along with a valid ID to the examination centre.

• Get there at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time. 

• If there is a requirement to do so, COVID-19 protocols should be observed during the time of the exams. 

• Differently-abled students are offered some special provisions such as the extension of time and separate seating which are included in their rights.

How to Download the Maharashtra Board 2026 Timetable

Step 1- Visit the Official Website: Head over to the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) website, Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education, Pune which is the official portal where all the board-related notifications, schedules, and circulars can be found.

Step 2- Navigate to “Latest Notifications”: After landing on the homepage, the candidates will find a section named “Latest Notifications” or “Latest Circulars”. This section is generally placed on the right side or in the middle of the homepage.

Step 3- Find the Timetable Notification: Among the list of notifications, identify a link that says Time table SSC/HSC Exam Schedule for February-March 2026 and click on that link to access the complete timetable file.

Step 4- Download the PDF: There will be a PDF file containing the date-wise division of subjects for the examination, along with different shifts and some instructions. Press the download button (which is normally located at the top right corner of the PDF viewer) or right-click on the file and choose the option “Save As” to keep a copy of the file on your device.
