The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh is expected to release the JEECUP 2026 admit card today on 25 May on its official website. Those candidates who have successfully registered for the Uttar Pradesh Joint Entrance Examination will be able to download their UP Polytechnic Hall Ticket 2026 by logging in with their application number and password.
JEECUP 2026 Exam is conducted for admission to various diploma-level courses offered by government and private institutions across Uttar Pradesh. These programmes include engineering, pharmacy, polytechnic and several other technical and professional diploma courses.
As per the official schedule the UPJEE 2026 examination will be held from June 2 to June 9 in computer based test mode. The exam will be conducted in two shifts daily. The morning session will take place from 9 AM to 12 Noon, while the afternoon session will be held from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
All the candidates are advised to carefully check all the details mentioned on their admit cards including exam date, shift timing, examination centre and other personal information. They must carry a printed copy of the hall ticket to the examination centre, as entry without the admit card will not be permitted.
Steps to download JEECUP 2026 admit card
The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) has updated the schedule for the 2026 Polytechnic entrance examination. The exam, which was earlier planned from 15 May 15 to 22 May will now be held between 2 June and 9 June 2026, following requests from students for a change in dates.

JEECUP 2026: Exam Pattern and Important Instructions for Candidates
The JEECUP 2026 exam will have 100 multiple choice questions from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Candidates will get four marks for every correct answer, while one mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. No marks will be cut for unanswered questions.
Students are not allowed to carry mobile phones, calculators, notes, books, pagers or any electronic devices inside the exam hall.
Candidates must bring their admit card, a valid government-issued ID proof, a passport-size photograph and a pen for rough work to the exam centre.
What To Do After the JEECUP 2026 Result Declaration?
After the JEECUP 2026 results are out, the candidates who are shortlisted are required to take part in the JEECUP Counselling 2026 process for admission. The process will include registration, choice filling, seat allotment, document verification and fee payment. The counselling process will most probably begin in June or July 2026.
