The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has launched the 3rd batch for the online certification program in “Applied Data Science and Artificial Intelligence” from fundamental to advanced development. The application for this certificate program is open now. The certification program is offered through IIT Delhi's Continuing Education Programme (CEP) via the CEP-QIP platform. It is a six-month online course that equips working professionals, engineers, and aspiring data scientists with practical skills in Python, machine learning (ML), deep learning, and MLOps. Delivered in a Direct-to-Device (D2D) format, it features 72 hours of live interactive lectures, hands-on tutorials, 40 hours of tutorial work, and an optional on-campus immersion at IIT Delhi. The classes are scheduled every Sunday from 2 pm to 5 pm.

Graduates/Diploma degree holders (only 10+2+3) from a recognized university.
Candidates graduating in Computer Science/IT, Electronics, Electrical, Physics, or a related field of study will be given preference.
Students pursuing a graduation degree from any discipline are also eligible.
IIT Delhi Certification Program Key Dates and Fees
The third group started on March 28, 2026, and application submission should be done through the CEP portal. The study's partners included TimesPro, among others. The fee of the program is INR 1,79,000 plus GST; however, payment by installments is available. Also, there is a strict selection process included for the program. The program will start from 28th March 2026 and end on 20th September 2026. Those who successfully complete the program get an e-certificate from CEP, IIT Delhi, which greatly enhances the career scope of an individual.
