The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar, is inviting online applications for GUJCET 2026. Candidates will be able to register from December 16 to December 30, 2025. Those wishing to take the test may complete their registration at gseb.org or gujcet.gseb.org, the two official websites. In addition to the online registration portal, GSEB has also published a brochure on its website that contains detailed instructions for online registration.
GSEB conducts the GUJCET exam for admission to first-year B.E./B.Tech courses and diploma or degree courses in pharmacy in the state of Gujarat. It is a test for Group A, Group B and Group AB students of the HSC Science stream. GUJCET 2026 will be based on the NCERT Class 12 Science syllabus for the four main subject areas of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics. The result of GUJCET is one of the most important factors for the admission process of engineering and pharmacy colleges in the state.
Steps to Register for the GUJCET 2026 Exam
Step 1: Go to the official GSEB website @ gujcet.gseb.org.

Step 2: Navigate to the homepage and select the link to the ‘Application for GUJCET 2026’.

Step 3: After clicking on the link, register yourself and then log in to access the application form.
Step 4: Fill out the GSEB application form by providing all the important information and uploading the required documents under the given limit.
Step 5: Complete your form by paying the required application fees.
Step 6: After making the payment, carefully review all the details and submit the application
Step 7: Download the application and save it for future use.
GUJCET 2026 Application Fee Payment and Submission Guidelines
In order to complete their application, applicants are required to pay an examination fee of INR 350. The fee is payable online through the SBIePay portal using a credit card, debit card, or net banking facility. If candidates choose not to pay online, they may also select the "SBI Branch Payment" option on SBIePay and make the payment at any State Bank of India branch in India.
The GSEB has clarified that a payment of the examination fee alone is not enough, candidates must also complete the online application form and submit it. Only those applications for which the fee has been paid and all the details have been submitted within the given time will be considered.
The students must take great care to read the application form thoroughly and also cross-check their personal, academic, and category-related details before submitting the form, as they may not be allowed to make any changes once the application has been finalised.
