CUET UG 2025 Provisional Answer Key Released: Final Answer Key and Results Expected Soon

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the provisional answer key for the Common University Entrance Test for Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2025 on June 17, 2025, on its official website cuet.nta.nic.in. Meanwhile, the last date to object to the provisional answer key was 20th June 2025 by paying a non-refundable fee of INR 200 per question. The NTA is now reviewing these objections, and the final answer key is expected to be released in the last week of June 2025. Candidates who fail to fulfill their obligations will not be given any further chances. 

The final key will be released after being reviewed by the subject experts. Following the release of the final key, the CUET UG 2025 results are tentatively scheduled to be declared in the first or second week of July 2025. The results will be based on the revised final answer key, and no further objections will be entertained after its publication.

This is a crucial step in the post-exam process for over 13.5 lakh candidates who appeared for the exam between May 13 and June 4, 2025, across India and abroad. The CUET UG 2025 was conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode and covered 37 subjects, including 13 languages, 23 domain-specific subjects, and a general test.

Once the results are declared, candidates can follow these steps to check their CUET UG Results online:

1. Visit the official website: cuet.nta.nic.in 

2. Click on the link titled “CUET UG 2025 Scorecard.”

3. Enter your application number and date of birth

4. View and download your scorecard

5. Save a copy for future admission and counseling processes

Counselling and Seat Allotment Process to start after the results

After the results are announced, participating universities will begin their counseling and admission processes based on CUET UG scores. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official websites of their preferred universities for updates on cut-offs, merit lists, and seat allotment schedules.
