Legal Notice – Jurisdiction Clause

This is hereby clearly declared and notified to all clients, agents, associates, representatives, students, parents, and all concerned parties that any dispute, claim, difference, legal proceeding, litigation, arbitration, or judicial action of whatsoever nature, arising out of or in connection with any transaction, service, agreement, understanding, or communication with our company, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh only.

No other court, forum, tribunal, or authority outside Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar shall have any jurisdiction in this regard. Any legal action initiated in any other jurisdiction shall be considered null, void, and not maintainable, and shall be liable to be contested at the cost and risk of the initiating party.

This legal notice shall be binding on all parties dealing with the company, whether presently or at any time in the future.
