Theββββββββββββββββ National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the CMAT 2026 exam date. The entrance examination will be held on January 25, 2026. Besides this, the official notification also includes details such as the exam hours, mode, and the languages of the exam. CMAT 2026 registration started on October 17 and ended on November 24, 2025. The test will be conducted in computer-based mode (CBT) in around 124 cities nationwide in India.
Candidates will obtain test centres based on the city preferences they have chosen in the application form, and their first preference will be considered first, wherever ββββββββββββββββpossible. NTAββββββββββββββββ has declared that it will release the Advance City Intimation Slip before the exam. The slip will inform candidates of the city they have been allotted for the test which will be available only on the official website. After that, the admit card will be issued separately.

CMAT 2026 Exam Schedule
Theββββββββββββββββ CMAT 2026 exam is scheduled for January 25, 2026, at the assigned test centres. The exam will be in a computer-based format. The question paper will have the following sections: Quantitative Technique and Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension, General Awareness, and Innovation & Entrepreneurship. Aspirants will be given 3 hours to solve all the questions.
CMAT is an entrance test for a postgraduate program; hence, the applicants should be able to produce the following credentials:
Candidates should hold a degree or a similarly valid qualification from a recognised university.
Students in their final year of a bachelor's degree program can also apply.
CMAT does not require a minimum percentage of marks; just a pass in graduation is sufficient.
There is no restriction in terms of age. Anybody, at any point in their professional life, is allowed to take the test.
Note: Colleges that accept CMAT scores may individually set requirements. A minimum of 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) in graduation might be necessary for ββββββββββββββββadmission.
