Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode, the body responsible for conducting the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2025, announced that slot allocation for all registered candidates is complete. To begin with, the official CAT 2025 mock test will be accessible from November 12, 2025, at the official CAT website. The mock is mandatory practice for a candidate as it introduces the candidate to the computer-based exam interface, pattern, and sectional time of the actual exam scheduled for November 30, 2025. Moreover, the official site, while displaying the admit card download window from November 5 for a short duration, experienced a technical error. The proper date for the release of admit cards is also November 12, which is the day when the mock test will be launched.

In line with the admit card release, IIM Kozhikode has also announced the launch of the official CAT 2025 mock test on November 12, 2025.This free online mock test is an excellent tool for candidates to get comfortable with the computer-based exam interface, format, and sectional timings, which is generally associated with exam-day stress.

The mock test is available to candidates on the CAT website with their login credentials anytime from November 12 to the exam day, November 30. Experts suggest that the candidates should try this official mock test at least once to get the real exam environment and enhance their time management skills.
Checking Exam Slot and Downloading Admit Card
To check the exam slot and download the admit card after it is available, the candidates can use the following simple steps:
Step 2. Log in with your CAT registration ID and password.
Step 3. On your dashboard, check your exam date, session, and test centre city.
Step 4. It will be very convenient to download the hall ticket from the same official portal once the admit cards will be available on November 12.
Step 5. Make several copies of the admit card and bring one to the exam centre with a valid photo ID.

IIM Kozhikode Other Updates
In addition to the new date of release of admit cards, IIM Kozhikode will also introduce an official mock test starting November 12 on the CAT site. This mock test will give sample questions to enable the candidates to become acquainted with the format of the exam and the computer-based interface.
The CAT 2024 test was conducted on November 24, answer keys were announced in early December, and results were announced by December 19. It is advised that aspirants visit the official CAT website frequently to get updated announcements.
