CA September 2025 Exams Dates (Out): Check Details About Final, Inter, And Foundation Courses Of CA

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has released the full schedule for the CA September 2025 exams. The exam for the foundation, intermediate, and final exams will be held in the month of September 2025. Candidates can view the full schedule on icai.org. 

In accordance with Regulation 22 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, the notification provides details on exam schedules, timings, and essential instructions for online application form submissions. Candidates can apply for the exam online by visiting the Self-Service Portal (SSP) at https://eservices.icai.org. The application process will start from 5 July 2025, with 18 July 2025 as the deadline for submission without a late fee. Applications that are submitted beyond the last date will be accepted until 21 July 2025, with a late fee of INR 600 for centres in India, Bhutan, and Kathmandu, and USD 10 for overseas centres.

Note: No exams will not be held on 5 September 2025 due to the Milad-un-Nabi holiday.

Steps To Apply For The CA September 2025 Exam?

Step 1: Visit the CA 2025 portal at https://eservices.icai.org. 

Step 2: For first-time users, they can register using their SRN number, and existing users can log in with their details.

Step 3: Candidates should fill out the application form by entering details like educational details, address, level of exam, and choice of exam centre.

Step 4: Candidates should upload the documents, like marksheets, candidate photograph and signature on the portal.

Step 5: Pay the registration fee using available payment methods like UPI, credit card, debit card and net banking.

Step 6: Take out the printout of the final application form for future use.

What To Do After Submitting The Application Form?

For candidates who have incorrectly filled out the application form, the correction window for the exam will open from 22 July to 24 July 2025, and candidates can change details filled in the application form, like exam centre, medium of exam. It is recommended that candidates use the Self-Service Portal to update their login credentials, register or convert their courses, and upload necessary documents. The hall ticket for the exam will be released a few days before the exam, and it is advised that the candidates should verify all the details mentioned on it before downloading it.
