AAI Junior Executive Recruitment 2025: Application Begins Today, Details Here

AAI, which stands for the Airports Authority of India under the Ministry of Civil Aviation, has officially launched its recruitment drive for Junior Executive posts for the year 2025. The online application process has started from 28 August 2025, and will remain open until September 27, 2025. Eligible candidates can submit their applications through the official website of AAI.

This recruitment drive is to fill a total of 976 vacancies across various engineering and technical disciplines. The selection for the posts will be based on valid scores from the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) for the years 2023, 2024, or 2025, respectively.

Eligibility Criteria For AAI Junior Executive Recruitment

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university or institution. Additionally, they must have a valid GATE score in the corresponding paper:

• Architecture and Planning (AR) for Architecture

• Civil Engineering (CE) for Civil

• Electrical Engineering (EE) for Electrical

• Electronics and Communication Engineering (EC) for Electronics

• Computer Science and Information Technology (CS) for IT

The upper age limit for applicants is 27 years as of the closing date of the application. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories such as ST, SC, and others as per government guidelines.

Step 2: Scroll down to find the career open below

Step 3: A New page will be displayed containing the registration links and other details. Click on the first link, AAI Junior Executive. 

Step 4: You will be automatically redirected to a new tab, Search for the register button on the link and tab.

Step 5: Submit all the details asked in the form, such as name, address, etc. 

Step 6: After the Registration, you will get the login details and password. 

Step 7: Use these details to log in, pay the registration fee, and finally complete the application process. 

Selection Process for AAI Junior Executive 

The selection will be purely based on GATE scores. No separate written test or interview will be conducted. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria and have successfully registered will be shortlisted for document verification and medical examination.

Salary and Benefits After the Recruitment 

Selected candidates will be appointed at the E-1 level, with a pay scale ranging from INR 40,000 to INR 1,40,000. The annual cost to the company (CTC) is estimated to be around INR 13 lakhs, including allowances and benefits.
