The entire process for submitting the Application Form for the NEET PG Exam 2025 was completed online. Candidates wishing to appear for the exam could simply visit the official website (natboard.edu.in) to apply. Entry forms for the entrance exam were available by the NBEMS on 17 April 2025. Step 2: Select the NEET PG 2025 Exams

Step 3: Enter the required documents and generate your ID & password

Step 4: Log in with your generated ID & Password to add the other required details.

Step 5: Submit all the required documents, which include photo, signature, ID proof, etc.

Step 6: Select your preferred city for the exam centre

Step 7: Pay the application fees through the provided online methods.

Step 8: Review your application form and submit it, don’t forget to save the confirmation page for future reference.
