The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) has uploaded the Higher Secondary (HS) 2025 Semester 3 Answer Keys for students to analyze their performance through cross-checking their responses with the answer key. Students who appeared for the September 2025 HS exams can gain access to the released answer key through the council’s official website and can download the document as well.
The Official notice for sem 3 answer key released on Tuesday read, “It is expected from the candidates, who will appear for the Semester-III Higher Secondary Examination 2026, to go through the answer keys that have been published on the official website of WBCHSE and then cross-check the same with their 'Statement of Marks' that they have got from their institutions.
In case there is any difference or if candidates are suspicious about the marks given to them being less than what they had expected on the basis of the answer keys, they must get in touch with the Deputy Secretary of their respective Regional Office without any delay to sort out the matter.
WBCHSE HS 2025 Results Touched Heights
Out of 6,60,260 students who appeared for the examination, 6,45,832 students passed this year, maintaining a very good overall passing rate of 93.72%. The Science stream has been able to achieve a pass percentage of 98.8% which is followed by the Commerce stream at 94.19% and the Arts stream at 92.54%.

To download the HS semester III answer keys, candidates have to follow some basic steps to gain access to result answer keys. Below is the step-wise guide to download the answer key document, subject-wise:
Step 1: Visit the official website of the WBCSHE council.

Step 2: Click on the notification tab to see all recent updates.

Step 3: Then, click on the Answer Key of the Question Paper of All Subjects of Semester-III H.S. Examinations-2026 uploaded PDF on the right side to download.
Step 4: Once downloaded, you will be able to cross-check all the answer keys subject-wise with your responses.
If students find any discrepancies in the marks they are anticipating and the official mark sheet, they must immediately get in touch with the Deputy Secretary of the regional WBCHSE office of their area for a clear explanation and settlement of the matter.
