UGC NET 2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the provisional answer keys for the UGC NET 2025 June session examination. Candidates who took the exam can now check and download the answer keys from the official websites ugcnet.nta.ac.in
To see the answer keys and their recorded responses, applicants need to fill in their application number, date of birth (DOB), and the given Captcha code.
The UGC NET June session examination 2025 was held from 25 to 29 June. This examination is for those students who want to qualify for a Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), to become an assistant professor, or to get admission into PhD courses in India.
Steps to download UGC NET 2025 June Answer Key
Step 1: Visit the official website - ugcnet.nta.ac.in
Step 2: Log in by filling in your application number, DOB, and the given Captcha code.
Step 3: Click on the download button and save your answer key given by NTA along with recorded responses.
Step 4: Match your answers using the question ID, which is mentioned in the answer key.
Step 5: If you find any incorrect answer, then select the option you believe is correct and upload a PDF with proof to support your objection.
Step 6: After submitting your challenge, you have to pay the required fee and download the confirmation receipt.
UGC NET 2025 Important details
Candidates who want to challenge any answer in the UGC NET 2025 provisional answer key will need to pay a non-refundable amount of 200 rupees for each question they challenge. They can submit their objections from 6 to 8 July until 5 PM. The last date of payment is also 8th July, 5 PM.
The amount must be paid in online mode by using a debit card, credit card, UPI, or net banking. Challenges without fee payment will not be accepted by the National Testing Agency. Also, challenges sent through any method other than the official website will not be accepted.
As per the NTA’s notice, all objections submitted by applicants will be reviewed by a subject experts panel. If the challenge is found to be right, the answer key will be corrected, and the updated answer will apply to all the students.
The final result will be released on the basis of the revised answer key. Applicants will not receive any personal message about whether their challenge was accepted or not.
