The deadline for the Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counselling (UPTAC) has been extended to July 15th by Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (APJAKTU). Candidates who are seeking admission to the BTech program can register for the UPTAC counseling 2025 through the official website. Initially, the deadline to register for UPTAC 2025 counseling was June 30, which was later extended to 6th July, 2025, and again extended till 15th July 2025.
Candidates who want to register for the UPTAC 2025 counseling must pay a registration fee of INR 1000 for the main and special rounds. Additionally, the counseling process will include choice filling, seat allotment, document verification, and confirmation of the candidate’s admission by the allotted institute.
What is UPTAC Counseling 2025?
Candidates who have a valid JEE Main/CUET or qualifying exam scores are eligible to appear for the UPTAC 2025 counseling. Applicants first need to pay the counseling fee through netbanking, credit, or debit cards. Once the payment is successful, candidates have to upload all the required documents on the UPTAC counseling 2025 portal. Next, the authorities will verify all the documents uploaded by the candidates, and after successful verification, candidates have to complete the choice filling procedure for the seat allotment procedure.
Steps To Register For UPTAC 2025 Counseling Registration
Below are the steps through which candidates can register for the UPTAC counseling process if they are eligible for it.
Step 1: Go to uptac.admissions.nic.in
Step 2: Candidates must click on the registration link.
Step 3: Once the website opens up, candidates must click on the ‘New Candidate Registration’ and agree to the instructions.
Step 4: Next, they must provide their JEE Main 2025 application number, name, mother’s name, gender, and date of birth.
Step 5: Once the candidates fill out all their required details, they also need to upload their scanned photograph and signature as per the format specified in the guidelines.
Step 6: Finally, the candidates will have to pay the counseling fee online through payment methods such as netbanking, debit, or credit card.
