UPSC CSE 2024 Prelims Answer Key OUT: Download the Answer Key for Paper 1, 2 on upsc.gov.in

The UPSC Civil Services Examination(CSE) 2024 preliminary answer key released on 21 May 2025 on the official website upsc.gov.in. Applicants who appeared for the UPSC CSE 2024 prelims exam will be able to download the answer key for both GS paper 1 and GS paper 2 (also known as CSAT) from the official website.

Three questions have been dropped from General Studies Paper 1 in each of the four sets — A, B, C, and D in the UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2024. This means that due to some issues or errors, these questions will not be considered while calculating the marks. However, in General Studies Paper 2, no questions have been dropped, and all the questions in that paper will be counted for evaluation.
