The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has released the notification for the recruitment process for UP LT Grade Teacher posts. The commission has opened the vacancies for around 7,466 posts out of which 4,860 are for males, 2,525 is for females and 81 for PwD category. Moreover, 2% reservation is given to sportspersons, which means 92 posts reserved for males and 44 posts are reserved for females. The last date to apply for the post is 28 August 2025, which was open from 28 July 2025.

How to do OTR Before Applying for UP LT Grade Teacher Recruitment

Step 1: To apply for the UP LT Grade Teacher Recruitment 2025, you first need to do OTR (One Time Registration). To start your OTR, follow the link below. https://otr.pariksha.nic.in/, this link will land you on the home page of OTR, which looks like this.

Step 2: Now you can see two links on the page, one is for new students and the other is for those who have already done their registration.  You can also change your mobile number, email ID and password if you forget.

Step 3: If you are the new candidate, then click on the ‘Register now’ button.

Step 4: A new page will appear on which you need to follow the given instructions.

Step 5: This will generate your OTR number, through which you can complete your application process.

How to apply for UP LT Grade Teacher Recruitment 

Once the candidates successfully complete their OTR process, it's time to initiate the application process. To do so, candidates have to use the given link to visit the official website of UPPSC and follow the instructions: 

Step 1: Click on the link https://uppsc.up.nic.in/, to initiate the process, this will open a window on your screen for the application form.

Step 2: On this page, you need to click on the ‘Apply’ button for ‘LECTURER (MALE/FEMALE) GOVERNMENT INTER COLLEGE - EXAMINATION’

Step 3: Now, you need to select the department or directorate in which you want to apply from the list, opened on your screen.

Step 4: Before apply for the post, it is advisable to check the qualification first to avoid cancellation of candidacy.

Step 5: Once you have ensured that you are eligible to apply, click on the ‘Authenticate with OTR’ button.

Step 6: It will open a new window on your screen.

Step 7: Click on the ‘Authenticate with OTR Server’ button, this will ask your OTR number.

Step 8: To proceed further you need to submit your generate OTR number without that you can go further.

Step 9: Once you entered into the application window, you need to provide your academic, personal and other information and upload the scanned documents as requested.

Step 10: After that, the last step is to pay the application fee with e-chalan.
