UGC NET June Exam 2026: NTA Opens the Correction Windows; Check Editable Fields

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the application correction windows for the UGC NET June exam on 26th May 2026. Applicants who have completed the registration process can edit or rectify the mistakes in their application forms now. The last date for making the correction in the application forms is 28th May 2026, till 11:50 PM. 

NTA has also advised the students to rectify the mistakes in the application forms before the last date, as no further extension will be made under any circumstances. In addition to this, registered applicants can make changes in the application forms by visiting the official portal of NTA. According to an official notice released by the NTA, an additional fee (if applicable) shall be paid by the candidate concerned through Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI only. How to Make Changes in the UGC NET Application Form? 

Candidates who want to rectify the mistakes in the UGC NET Application forms need to access the official link from the website of NTA. Additionally, applicants can also follow the instructions given below to make changes in application forms. 

Step 1: Go to the official UGC NET website, which is https://ugcnet.nta.nic.in/. 

Step 2: In the “candidate activity section” on the homepage,  click on the link of the “Correction Window of UGC-NET June 2026 Examination”.

Step 3: Complete the login process using the application number and password.

Step 4: Check your application form and make the necessary changes carefully.

Step 5: After updating the details, submit the updated application form.

Step 6: Finally, download and save the confirmation page for future use.
