The TG POLYCET 2025 phase-1 seat allotment list is being released soon by the Department of Technical Education (DTE), Telangana.  Although the seat allotment process was scheduled to be out on 04 July 2025 (Friday), but it has been not released for some glitch. The official website showing notification that the list wil be displayed soon. It is advisable for all students to regularly check the status of the list. 

Once the result is released, candidates can check it by using their admit card details and previously created documents.

How to Check TG POLYCET 2025 Round 1 Seat Allotment Result:

Step 1. To check the phase 1 seat allotment list, visit the official website at tgpolycet.nic.in

Step 2. Click on the link for TS POLYCET First Seat Allotment Result

Step 3. Log in using: ROC form number, TG POLYCET hall ticket number, Password or Date of Birth

Step 4. After logging in, the allotment result page will be displayed. 

Step 5. Download and save the allotment order for future reference

Eligibility Criteria for Admission

  • Must be an Indian National.

  • Must satisfy local/unreserved status as per G.O.Ms.No.16, dated 17-03-2025.

  • Reservation:

    • For local candidates 85% seats are reserved forthe  O.U. region.

    • 15% seats are unreserved, open to: Local candidates, Residents of Telangana for 10 years (excluding periods of study/employment outside the state), and Children/spouses of State or Central Govt. employees working in Telangana

  • Should have passed SSC (Class 10) or equivalent from S SSC BoardCBSEICSENIOSTOSS, or any other recognized board.

TG POLYCET 2025 Counselling Details 

  • The final phase of counselling is scheduled from July 9 to 17, and the final seat allotment result is expected on or before July 15.

  • Dropouts/Cancellations after internal sliding are NOT allowed to be filled under spot admissions.

  • Such vacancies will only be filled through LPCET (Lateral Entry into 2nd Year).

Note:- After internal sliding, students cannot drop out or cancel their admission. Any seats that become vacant after this cannot be filled through spot admissions, but can be filled later through lateral entry into the 2nd year via the LPCET exam.

How to Pay the TG POLYCET 2025 Processing Fee

  • Go to the official portal at tgpolycet.nic.in

  • Tap on “PAYMENT OF PROCESSING FEE”

  • Register by entering the following details:

    • Registration Number (as printed on your TG POLYCET 2025 Hall Ticket)

    • Date of Birth (as per your SSC Marks Memo)

    • SSC Hall Ticket Number

  • Fill in the basic information details in form: Aadhar Number, Mobile NumberEmail ID, Caste Certificate Number (if applicable), Income Certificate Number (if applicable), must be issued through MeeSeva

  • After entering all the details, update the information and proceed to pay the processing fee: INR 300 for SC/ST candidates and INR 600 for the Other category candidates

  • Payment can be made online using a credit Card/Debit Card/ Net Banking/ T-Wallet

Documents required for TG POLYCET 2025 certificate verification

  • TGPOLYCET-2025 Rank Card.

  • Aadhar Card.

  • S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo.

  • IV to X Study Certificates.

  • Transfer Certificate (T.C).

  • Income Certificate issued after 1 Jan 2025 by govt or a reputed authority

  • Updated valid EWS Income and Asset Certificate issued by the Tahsildar

  • Caste Certificate 

  • Residence Certificate for 7 years
