The Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, has officially announced the schedule and guidelines for the form fill-up for the High School Certificate (HSC) Examination, 2026. For the simplified process, the board has divided the students into four categories in A, B, C, and D. The form-filling process will start from November 8, 2025, and will continue till November 22, 2025. Students are requested to complete their registration process within the dates mentioned so that they do not get delayed.

Examination Form Fill-Up Categories and Modes

The form Fill-up process will be divided into four categories, which will be based on the type of candidates who are appearing for the examination. There are two modes for the form fill-up: one is online and the other is offline. Students can apply on the basis of their categories. Refer to the table below to know more about it:

Board’s Advisory to Schools and Students

For the detailed instruction and a step-by-step guide to fill up the form, students must visit the official website of  BSE Odiasha- https://bseodisha.nic.in/. Students and schools are requested to read the guidelines carefully before filling out the form to ensure accuracy.

The Secretary of BSE Odhisa, who signed the official notification, has advised all the students and schools to follow the schedule and rules so that there are no mistakes during filling the form. If there are any mistakes or delays in the form submission, it could lead to difficulties in the examination process, including admit card issues.
