The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha, has announced the results of the Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Entrance Test (OAVET) Results 2026 on 19 February 2026. The Board of Secondary Education (BSE) has declared the passing candidates for admission into 6 grade and lateral entry into 7, 8, or 9 grades for 2026-27 school year based on their exam performance. Therefore, all eligible students can view their results at the BSE's website. All applicants will still have to gain admission through merit and open seats.

Step 1- candidates who want to check the result must go to the official website https://oav.edu.in/
Step 2- On the page which is opened select "OAVET Result 2026" link.
Step 3- Enter your roll number and birth date to get the total score.
Step 4- Download your Scorecard so you can refer back to it in the future.
Merit List and Cut-Off Marks
The merit list has been prepared based on students’ performance in the entrance test.
Cut-off marks vary depending on the number of seats available in each school and category.
Only candidates who meet the cut-off criteria will be eligible for admission.
