The admit card for National Entrance Screening Test 2026 has been postponed, and will be issued on 18th May 2026 at 5 PM. Those candidates who have completed the registration process can download their hall ticket via the official site.
The online service to download the hall ticket would be available from 18th May 2026 to 6th June 2026. It is recommended that students should download their hall tickets before the test date in order to make sure that there are no glitches. The NEST 2026 exam is to be held on 6th June 2026.
The entrance test is being conducted by National Institute of Science Education and Research and UM-DAE Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences for science and research programs.

Steps to Download NEST 2026 Hall Ticket
The candidates can download the NEST 2026 admit card from the official site with their login credentials. The candidates are advised to have their application number/user ID and password handy while proceeding with the download process. Follow the below-mentioned steps to download the hall ticket:
Step 2: Click on the āDownload Admit Cardā tab present on the homepage.
Step 3: Enter the application number/user ID and password.
Step 4: Submit your login details and click on the download link.
Step 5: Print out the hall ticket.
Once you download the hall ticket, make sure that the information written on it is correct, such as your name, photo, test center, test time, etc.
Documents Required on Exam Day
Along with the admit card of NEST 2026, the students should also have their official photo identification proof. The candidate will not be allowed entry into the exam center without both these documents. Valid photo identity cards are:

Voter ID
PAN Card
Passport
Driving Licence
