The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell will close the registration windows for the MHT CET entrance exam 2026 on 27th February 2026 with the late fees. Candidates who have not registered for the MHT CET Entrance exam have the option to complete the registration process with a late fee of INR 500 till 11:59 pm. The registration for the MHT CET Entrance exam without the late fees has already concluded on 24th February 2026. Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell will open the correction windows in March. Candidates who want to make corrections in the application forms can log in to their respective accounts to make the

necessary corrections. Also, candidates can fill out the MHT CET 2026 application windows without the APAAR ID and Aadhar authentication.

How to Complete MHT CET 2026 Registration? 

Candidates who have not completed the registration for the MHT CET Entrance exam 2026 need to hurry up, as the last date for registration is 27th Feb 2026 with late fees of INR 500. Candidates can also follow the below-given steps to avoid any kind of last-minute mistake. 

Step 1:  Visit https://cetcell.mahacet.org/#. 

Step 2: Now on the homepage Click on the “CET (Examination) portal for AY 2026-27 ”.

Step 3: Already registered candidates can sign in and new users need to click on register.

Step 4: Enter all the personal details like email, password, full name, and date of birth. 

Step 5: Log in using the registered email ID and password and select the preferred exam cities. 

Step 6: Pay the application fee through net banking/credit card/debit card.
