The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has declared the Class 10 (SSC) results 2025. The result was announced at a press conference held at 11:00 AM. This year, more than 16 lakh students appeared for the SSC exams. The exams were conducted from 21st February to 17th March 2025. After waiting for several weeks, students can finally check their results online.

Where to Check Results?

The SSC results are available on a few official websites. Students can also use Digilocker to access their marks. It is essential to have your SSC Seat Number and your Mother's First Name ready before checking the result. Here are the websites where you can view your result:

You can also download the result from Digilocker if your Digilocker account is linked to your Aadhaar or registered school ID.

How to Check Maharashtra SSC Result 2025?

Students who gave their 10th board exams can now see their marks easily by following the steps below:

Step 1: Go to the official website – mahresult.nic.in
Step 2: Look for the link that says “SSC Result 2025” and click on it
Step 3: Enter your Roll Number and your Mother’s First Name as asked
Step 4: Click on the “Submit” button to see your marks
Step 5: Download and take a printout of your result for future use

Make sure you enter the correct details to avoid errors while checking your marks.

Pass Percentage and Performance Trends

In 2024, the Maharashtra Board recorded a high overall pass percentage of 95.91%. Among all districts, Konkan was the best-performing region with a pass percentage of 99.01%. On the other hand, Nagpur had the lowest pass percentage at 94.73%.

If we compare boys' and girls' performance last year, girls did better than boys. Girls had a pass percentage of 97.21%, while boys scored 94.56%. The trend of girls performing better than boys has continued over the past few years.

Re-evaluation and Supplementary Exams

Students who are not happy with their marks or think there might be a mistake can apply for re-evaluation through the board’s official website. The board will soon release the schedule and process for applying for re-evaluation.

There is no need to worry for students who did not pass in one or more subjects. They can appear for the supplementary exams. These exams are expected to be held in July 2025. Students must apply for supplementary exams within the given dates to avoid late fees.
