KCET 2025 Results Date Release: KEA to Announce Results May 21 Onwards, Know How to Check Results

The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) will release KCET 2025 results after May 21. The Karnataka PUC Exam 2 results have already been released, and 'Best of Two Marks' will need to be included in the KCET results. This is causing a delay in announcing the KCET results 2025, but now the board will release them after May 21, and candidates can check the results on the official website of the conducting body.

Why KCET Result 2025 is Delayed

Due to the process of compiling students' score data from the PUC exams two and including it in the KCET, caused delay in the release of results. KEA is processing the data, which includes the 'Best of Two' marks of, which were released on May 16, 2025.

The Best of Two scoring system allows students to choose their best marks out of the two attempts in the Pre-University Course (PUC) exams. These scores play an essential role in determining the KCET rankings. Many students are still in the process of submitting their updated marks to the KEA.

In addition, KEA is awaiting results from the Kerala Board to finalise the rankings of over 2,000 Gadinadu students. These candidates, hailing from Kannada-speaking border regions of Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Maharashtra, are eligible for reservation benefits under the Gadinadu Kannadiga quota.

Step 1: Visit any official website

Step 2: Click on" KCET results 2025"

Step 3: Enter your login details and submit

  • Candidate's application number

  • Date of birth

Step 4: The scoreboard will be displayed on your screen.

Step 5: Download the scoreboard (as a reference during counselling and admission)

What's after the KCET 2025 results?

KEA will announce the merit list for course-wise and category-wise cut-off ranks for admission into the different undergraduate programs all over Karnataka. 

The KCET 2025 counselling process is expected to begin in June 2025, during which candidates can choose their preferred colleges and courses based on their ranks and reservation categories.
