The National Testing Agency (NTA) is all set to release the JEE Mains question papers of session 2 today. The provisional JEE Mains answer keys of the session 2 batch students will be released by NTA on 11th April 2026. Tentatively, the result of Paper 1 is expected to be released by 20th April 2026.
JEE Main session 2 examination took place on April 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th, 2026. Approximately 11.23 lakh candidates have officially registered and appeared in the examination. As per the official record, NTA has observed and recorded 93% attendance in the examination in this session. The examination took place in around 566 centres across 318 cities in India. The examination happened in approximately 10 sessions in the duration of 6 days.
To access the provisional answer keys released by the National Testing Agency, the registered candidates are requested to log in to the official portal using their credentials. The response sheet, which the examination board will release, will contain the responses marked on the answer script by the students. With the release of both the provisional answer key and the response sheet of the students, the candidate can carry out the comparison and challenge the provisional answer key if needed. Through this, the students can also calculate their marks out of 300.
