JEE Main 2026 Registration Live Updates: Session 1 Application Form Submission Ends Today

The registration window for JEE Mains 2026 is closing today, November 27, 2025, for Session 1. Interested candidates have one last opportunity to complete the application form on the official website. Students must pay the required application fee to submit their forms. After submission, candidates will have the chance to correct any details later, when the correction window opens on a subsequent date on the NTA website. The city intimation slip, which informs candidates about their exam location, is expected to be available in the first week of January 2026.
The JEE Mains 2026 exam is set to be held from January 21 to 30, 2026. Once the exams are over, the question papers and answer keys will be published on the NTA website for candidates to review and challenge if needed.

How to Fill out JEE Mains 2026 Registration Forms
Step 1: Go to the NTA JEE Mains 2026 official portal @ https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/.
Step 2: Click on the link in the blue border named “ Registration for JEE(Main) – 2026 Session-1 is LIVE!”

Step 3: Click on the red colour link to fill out the registration form.

Step 4: Select the new registration tab if you’re a new user or log in to check your application form.

Step 5: Scroll down and sign the declaration by checking the box, and proceed to fill out the form.

Step 6: The application form will open. Fill in each detail accurately as mentioned in the documents.

Step 7: After filling the form, submit the application fee and click on submit button.

JEE Mains 2026 Exam Duration
The JEE Mains 2026 exam duration is generally 3 hours for Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech.), Paper 2A (B.Arch.), and Paper 2B (B.Planning). Candidates who appear for both Paper 2A and 2B together are given 3 hours and 30 minutes to complete the exam.

JEE Mains 2026 Exam Timings
