The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced to declare the results for the CS Professional and Executive exams of December 2025 today on February 25, 2026. Candidates can check and download their E-mark sheet results from the official ICSI website once they are published.
As schedule the date and time of ICSI CS, the result of CS Professional Programme (syllabus 2022) will be released at 11:00 am, while the result of CS Executive Programme will be publicized on 2:00 pm on February 25, 2026. The exams for the CS Professional Programme (syllabus 2022) and CS Executive Programme (syllabus 2022) were conducted in December 2025.
How to Check the ICSI CS December 2025 Results
Those candidates who have appeared in the ICDI CS exam of december 2025 session can view their result by following the steps below:
Step 1 - Visit to the official website of ICSI:icsi.edu.
Step 2 - Click on the link to view the result and download the E-Mark Sheet.
Step 3 - Select the examination and enter your roll number and registration number. Click on GET Result button.
Step 4 - Your ICSI exam results will appear on the screen.
Step 5 - Now, download the scorecard and e-marksheet for future reference.
Candidates must log in using their roll number and registration number to access the result and download their mark sheet, which includes a subject-wise breakdown of marks.
Important Update on Result and Mark Sheets
Executive Programme: The statement of result-cum-marks for the CS Executive Programme will be ready to download on the official website right after the result declaration. ICSI has clearly stated that no physical copy of the result, cum, marks statement will be sent for the Executive Programme.
Professional Programme: Those candidates who have appeared for the CS Professional Programme will get their result-cum-marksheets delivered at their registered addresses a few days after the results are declared.

Some of the papers in the Professional Programme will be conducted as Open Book Examinations, where candidates can refer to prescribed materials. Additionally, candidates will need to select electives from a provided list of options.
