The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has officially released the admit cards for the CA Foundation September 2025 examination. All registered candidates who filled the application forms without any mistakes can now download their hall tickets from the ICAI’s e-services portal, eservices.icai.org.
This admit card is a very important document. Without the hall ticket, no candidates will be allowed to enter the examination hall. It contains key details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, exam center address, exam dates, and timings. ICAI has clearly stated that no physical admit cards will be sent by post, so every candidate must download them online.
CA Foundation Exam Dates 2025
The CA Foundation exams will be held in 4 slots, that is, on 4 days. Here are the following dates:
September 16, 2025
September 18, 2025
September 20, 2025
September 22, 2025
Papers I and II will be conducted from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Papers III and IV will be held from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. For Papers I and II, students will get a 15-minute reading time from 1:45 PM to 2:00 PM. Meanwhile, there will be no reading time for Papers III and IV.

How to Download ICAI CA Foundation Admit Card 2025
Here is the simplest way to download your ICIA CA Foundation admit card:
Step 1: The first step is to go to eservices.icai.org
Step 2: After visiting the website, look for the News & Announcement section on the homepage and click on the link that says CA Foundation September 2025 Admit Card.
Step 3: Now, finally, the page will open for the admit card download. Enter your SSP registration number and date of birth as your SSP password.
Step 4: As the details are provided, click on the submit button
Step 5: Your admit card will appear on the page
Step 6: Download and print the admit card
NOTE:- TO REMEMBER: Make sure to keep a printed copy of the admit card. A digital copy of the admit card will not be accepted at the exam center.
What to Carry on ICAI CA Foundation 2025 Exam Day
On the day of the examination, candidates must carry:
A printed copy of the admit card
A valid photo ID (Aadhaar card, PAN card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License)
A passport-size photograph
Do not carry mobile phones, smartwatches, books, or any electronic items. These are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall.
