HSSC Group-C Posts 2025 Application Form (OUT): Haryana Staff Selection Commission Released the Application Form

On May 28, 2025, the applications for Group C posts were opened by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC). The application process is kept entirely online, and the selection would be done through Common Eligibility Test (CET). 

Recruitment process will take place under the aegis of state government’s new CET policy that came in effect from December 31, 2024, a member of HSSC, Bhupender Chauhan said. Candidates willing to register can do the same by visiting the website https://onetimeregn.haryana.gov.in. The last date for submission of applications is June 12, 2025, and the candidates are required to  submit the fees latest by June 14, 2025.

In another statement, the HSSC member notified that candidates who have previously appeared in CET that was conducted on November 5 and 6, 2022 must use the same registration number as they used during November 2022. However, new applicants will be provided with a new registration number, which will deem valid for all the process ahead. 

Several guidelines have been issued by the commission for candidates who wish to apply under the reserved category. They include that certificates of BC-A, BC-B and EWS should be issued to the candidates of these categories after April 1, 2025, or on or before the registration dates are closed. Furthermore, the certificates for other schedule castes, deprived schedule castes, ex-servicemen, eligible sportsperson, and candidates with benchmark disabilities must have been issued before the deadline of the application. Additionally for ex-servicemen’s family members, the certificate of eligibility must have been issued or renewed post June 13, 2024, and on or  before submission’s last date. 

An estimated 14 lakh candidates are expected to apply for Group C posts. The candidates who will pass the exam will be posted in roles such as clerks, taxation inspectors, police constables, assistant managers and patwaris. The validity of score of CET is of three years, and if candidates score a better score in the later attempt, the period of validity will be counted from the date of announcement of result.
