FMGE Result 2025 Out Now: NBE Has Declared The Result of The June Session Exam

The National Board of Examination which is the conducting body of the FMGE exam has released the results of of June 2025 session exam on 13 August 2025. The candidates who want to view their scorecard can visit the official website of the NBE and log in there to view it.
According to the data released by NBE, overall 37207 candidates had given the FMGE exam on 26 July 2025. Of these 29327 candidates were not able to qualify for the exam while 1168 were marked absent.
Applicants can download their scorecard from 21 August 2025 by visiting the official NBEMS portal. It is also advised that the candidate should download the score card within six months of the date of issuance.
The FMGE 2025 exam is an important test for Indian students who have studied medicine abroad. It is held by the National Board of Examinations and the exam is held to check if foreign medical graduates are ready to practice in India. It is normally held twice a year, in June and December. To take the exam, students are required to have a valid medical degree and meet all the rules set by the board.

Step 4- The FMGE 2025 result will open as a PDF file.
Step 5- To search the roll number enter Ctrl + F and type your roll number to find the qualifying status.
Step 6- Save and download or print the PDF for future use.
Details About the FMGE 2025 Pass Certificate
The Pass Certificate is an official document issued by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences to candidates who successfully clear the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination. It confirms that the candidate has met the qualifying criteria and is eligible to apply for medical registration with a State Medical Council. Key details about it are
Issued In-Person Only: Candidates must collect their pass certificate physically. It will not be sent by post or made available online.
Identity Verification Required: NBEMS will verify your identity and credentials before issuing the certificate. This includes checking your original documents and confirming your eligibility.
Separate Schedule: The dates and venue for certificate distribution will be announced separately on the NBEMS official website.
Scorecard and Pass Certificate Difference: Your downloadable scorecard is not valid for registration with State Medical Councils. Only the pass certificate is accepted for that purpose.
Provisional Status: Even if your result is declared, your qualification remains provisional until you complete the in-person verification and receive the pass certificate.
What After The Declaration of FMGE Result 2025?
The scorecard will be available from 21 August 2025 and it will be valid for 6 months. The candidate should regularly visit the official website of NBEMS to get all the details related to it. Ensure all the documents like passport, medical degree, and eligibility proof are ready for verification. After qualifying the exam the candidates will be able to apply to any Medical Council of India and get themselves registered. If a candidate has completed one year of rotatory internship, then they will be issued a permanent registration certificate and if a candidate is doing the internship then they will be issued a provisional certificate.
