As per the official update, the NTA has released the CUET UG 2026 final answer key after dropping 7 questions from subjects like GAT, Physics, Hindi, Sociology and Mathematics. The Common University Entrance Test (UG) 2026 exam was conducted in computer-based mode between 11 May and 7 June 2026.

CUET UG 2026: NTA Removes 7 Questions After Objection Review
NTA released the CUET UG 2026 provisional answer key on 9 June and candidates were allowed to raise objections till 11 June 2026. After checking all objections, NTA removed seven questions from the exam. This means candidates who attempted the dropped questions will be given marks as per the revised rules.

CUET UG 2026: Participation Stats & Exam Conduct Details
CUET UG 2026 recorded massive participation, with 15,68,867 candidates registering for the exam across the country. The NTA has officially shared details regarding the conduct of the CUET UG 2026 examination. The exam was held in computer-based mode across multiple cities in India and abroad in a smooth and well organised manner. The exam was held across 321 cities in India and 15 international cities and examination centres. It was conducted in 19 days across 35 multiple shifts to smoothly manage the large number of candidates.
As per the official notice, the examination was conducted in 37 subjects including 13 languages, 23 domain-specific subjects and 1 General Aptitude Test (GAT).
