CUET UG 2025 BHU Cutoff: Check The Expected Cutoff And How To Register For BHU UG CAP Round

The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the CUET UG result 2025 on 4 July 2025, a few days after the release of the final answer key on 1 July 2025. Candidates who appeared in the CUET UG 2025 and wish to secure admission to Banaras Hindu University (BHU) must register on the BHU CAP UG portal to participate in the counseling process. The registration fee ranges from INR 250 to INR 700, depending on the candidate's category or the type of seat (General, OBC, SC/ST, or Paid Seats).

The BHU CAP round 2025 is expected to start shortly and will go on till mid-August. It includes registration, course/college selection, document verification, and seat allocation. Once the counseling process starts, the university will release a category-wise cutoff for each course. The official cutoffs have not been released yet, but candidates can check out the previous year’s and expected cutoffs mentioned below for their reference.

BHU CAP UG 2025 Registration Process

Each candidate is required to register for the Banaras Hindu University Combined Allotment Program (BHU CAP) through the official portal. The official dates for BHU CAP UG 2025 registration have not been released yet, but once it starts, each candidate must follow the steps mentioned below to take admission to BHU.   

Step 1. Head to the official BHU CAP UG 2025 portal at bhucuet.samarth.edu.in.

Step 2. Find the link for new registration.

Step 3. Fill in the required details, such as the candidate’s dates of birth and CUET UG 2025 application number. 

Step 4. Use the entered details to log in on the same link.

Step 5. Enter the required information regarding the candidate's educational qualifications and upload the documents. 

Step 6. Pay the registration fee through UPI, Debit/Credit card, or net banking.

Step 7. Fill in the preference list to complete the registration process

Step 8. Be sure to take a copy of the registration form for further counseling and the admission process. 

After BHU CAP UG 2025 Seat Allocation

Once the seats are allocated, candidates will need to accept the offered seat by paying a fee that costs around INR 500 to INR 2500. The university will send a provisional offer letter to the qualified candidates based on the merit created according to the CUET UG scores and the category of the candidates. They need to read it carefully before paying the commitment fee and confirming their admission.
