The CBSE Board declared the compartment examination results for 2025 of class 12th on 1 August. Candidates who participated in the examination can see their marks on the official website of the CBSE board at cbseresults.nic.in. In the year 2025, around 1.5 lakh candidates registered for the class 12th compartment exams, and approx. 1 lakh 38 thousand participated. From this, around 53,201 candidates clear the examination, and the overall passing percentage of students is 38.36%.
From foreign schools, 918 candidates appeared, and 486 passed with a pass percentage of 52.94%. Girls, as per expectation, did better than boys. The girls had a pass percentage of 41.35%, whereas boys had 36.79%. In the children with special needs category, 278 students registered, and 273 participated, and of them, 137 cleared the exam, and the passing percentage is 50.18%.
The marksheet of CBSE class 12th will show the candidate’s name, subject-wise scores in theory and practical, total marks, and whether the candidate passed or failed.
The CBSE Class 12th compartment exams were conducted on 15 July, 2025. The board declared the results within two weeks. In this year, the board released the CBSE regular class 10th and 12th results on 13 May, 2025. The total number of candidates registered for class 12th was 17,04,376; 16,92,794 participated, and 14,96,307 cleared the exam.

Step 2: Click on the tab ‘Senior School Certificate Examination (Class 12) 2025 Compartment.
Step 3: Fill out the roll number, school number, and admit card ID.
Step 4: Click on the submit button, and your result will be visible on the screen.
Step 5: Download and save the result for the future.
