The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the admit cards for the class 10th and 12th private candidates. Students who are going to appear for the CBSE Board Exams 2026 can download their admit cards from the official website. The CBSE Class 10th and 12th Board exams are scheduled to be conducted from 17th February 2026 to 9th April 2026, as well as it is mandatory for the appearing candidates to carry the printed copy of the admit card to the examination centre. Besides this, the admit card for CBSE regular students will be released. The steps to download the admit card are given below.

How to download CBSE Admit Card for Private Candidates 

Students appearing for the CBSE Board exams can follow the steps which are given below to download the admit card. 

Step 1: Visit the official website of CBSE which is https://www.cbse.gov.in/

Step 2: Now, click on the link related to the 10th and 12th private candidates' admit cards. 

Step 3: Enter all the details required to download the admit cards. 

Step 4: After entering all the details, the admit cards of the candidates will appear on the screens. 

Step 5: Download the admit card and take a printout for the day of the examination. 

After downloading the admit card, candidates must ensure that all the details which are mentioned are correct. 

Details Mentioned in the CBSE Admit Cards

Before the day of examination, candidates must check and ensure that the details which are mentioned in the 10th and 12th CBSE Admit Cards are correct. The details are provided below. 

  • Candidate’s Name

  • Roll Number

  • Exam Center Name 

  • Subject-wise exam dates

  • Candidate’s Photograph and Signature

  • Important Exam Day Instructions
