Bihar​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ School Examination Board (BSEB) has released the dummy admit cards of the students who are going to appear in the board examinations of Class 10 (Matric) and Class 12 (Intermediate) for the academic year 2025–26. There is an option to download the dummy admit cards available on the official website of the board. The board has also opened a correction window so that the students' details can be checked for accuracy and then the final admit cards can be issued.

Students are allowed to download the dummy admit cards from the respective websites. For Class 10 the website is exams.biharboardonline.com and for Class 12 it is intermediate.biharboardonline.com. Along with the registration number, the date of birth is also required to download the dummy admit card. A dummy admit card is only one of the stages which allows the student to check the details that have been entered at the time of registration and enables the student to correct the mistakes if any are found well before the exam ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌period.

BSEB 2026 Board Exams Correction Window 

BSEB has announced that the correction facility will remain available until November 272025. During this period, students can get errors corrected through their respective school heads.

Some corrections, including name, parents’ names, and date of birth, can be modified only with approval from the headmaster or principal. For corrections in gender, caste, disability, religion, photograph, signature, subjects, nationality, Aadhaar, marital status, or category, school approval is mandatory before the changes are forwarded to BSEB.

To​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ their registered mobile numbers, the board has also communicated to the students through SMS alerts that they must download the dummy admit cards and check the details immediately.

How to Get the BSEB Dummy Admit Card 2026

The students have to follow these steps to get their dummy admit cards:

Step 1: First of all, go to the official website of your class (Class 10 or Class 12).

Step 2: Click on the Dummy Admit Card 2026 option.

Step 3: Put Registration Number and Date of Birth.

Step 4: Hit the Search/Submit button.

Step 5: Take a printout of the dummy admit card which is opened on the screen.

Step 6: Confirm all your personal and academic information.

If there is a correction needed, take a printout of the file to report the correction.

Correction Procedure for Dummy Admit Cards

BSEB has ordered that all changes have to be done through the school authorities only as students are not allowed to make changes on the portal directly.

Correction Submission Steps (School-Level)

  • The student informs the school about the mistake.

  • The school checks the correction supporting documents.

  • The headmaster accesses the BSEB school portal by logging in.

  • Changes needed are done and submitted online.

  • BSEB decides and gives its approval/rejection to the request.

The board has pointed out that it is very likely that some corrections, for example, changing the full name or making a significant identity alteration, will not be allowed if there is no proper government-issued document to ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌support.
