The IELTS exam 2025 is available all year around at authorised test centers as well as computer based tests given from home. Candidates can select dates that best fit their preference. The IELTS Academic Test is available 7 days a week depending on the slot availability in computer based format and 48 times a year for paper based format. The IELTS General Training Test is available 7 days a week relying on the slot availability in computer based format and 24 times annually in paper based format. The registration for the exam is done online through the IDP Education IELTS official website. ILETS Exam registration fee is generally INR 18,000 and varies as per the different test types. Anyone aged above 16 can take the IELTS as many times as they desire.

IELTS Exam 2025 Validity

The IELTS band scores are valid till two years from the date of the exam. This score validity is applicable to all the university admission, immigration documentation, visa process and work opportunities abroad. The score validity can not be extended and after 2 years the applicant will have to retake the exam.
