The following are the steps to download the CLAT 2026 admit card:

Step 1: Visit the official CLAT website at consortiumofnlus.ac.in. 

Step 2: Find the “CLAT 2026 Admit Card†link on the homepage. 

Step 3: Log in by entering your registered application number and password. 

Step 4: Navigate to the admit card download section from your account dashboard. 

Step 5: Download the admit card PDF file onto your computer or mobile device. 

Step 6: Carefully check all the information listed on the admit card. 

Step 7: Print a hard copy of the admit card and carry it to the examination center.

Here is the list of information that candidate will find on their CLAT Admit Card:

• Full name of the candidate

• Father’s or guardian’s name

• Date of birth

• CLAT 2026 roll number/application ID

• Category and sub-category (if applicable)

• Candidate’s photograph and signature

• Name of the exam (CLAT 2026)

• Course applied for (UG or PG)

• Date and time of the examination

• Reporting time at the exam center

If a candidate notices any errors or incorrect information on their CLAT PG admit card or UG admit card, such as a misspelled name, wrong photograph, or inaccurate exam center details. They can contact the CLAT helpdesk or exam authorities immediately through the official contact number or email provided on the CLAT website. Candidates must ensure that they promptly report the discrepancies so that corrections are made on time. As a result, they will be allowed to enter the exam hall. 

Documents to Carry Along with the CLAT Admit Card

• Printed copy of the CLAT 2026 admit card

• Original and valid government-issued photo ID proof (Aadhaar card, PAN card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, etc.)

• Recent passport-size photograph (if required as per admit card instructions)

• PwD/SAP certificate (if applicable)

CLAT Exam Day Instructions

Below are the general guidelines for candidates to be taken care of on the examination day: 

• Arrive at the exam center well before the reporting time

• Carry only allowed items: admit card, valid photo ID, and stationery

• Do not bring electronic gadgets, calculators, or study materials

• Follow all instructions given by the invigilators

• Sit only at the allotted seat and maintain silence in the exam hall

CLAT 2026 Exam Timings

The CLAT 2026 exam is being conducted on 7 December 2025 in offline (pen-and-paper) mode from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. For eligible candidates belonging to the PWD category, an extended duration until 4:40 PM will be provided. Candidates are advised to report at the exam center starting from 1:00 PM onwards.
