Overview National Insurance Academy Placement
The National Insurance Academy has a dedicated placement committee for the placement process. The Placement Chairperson and Placement Secretariat provide direction to the student-led Placement Committee. The committee is in charge of organising the campus recruitment and summer internship programs. It contacts potential companies and sets up on-campus personal interviews and pre-placement talks. It plans and supplies all the services that visiting companies need.
The academy also provides summer paid internships in many top companies. For the 2023-2025 batch, the summer placements were quite good. The highest stipend offered to students was INR 70,000 per month, while the average stipend came to around INR 23,000 per month. A total of 24 recruiters participated in the process, offering opportunities in different sectors like Market Research, Field Surveys, Operations, Business Analysis, etc.
