

National Insurance Academy provides a PGDM course to students interested in admission for the academic year 2025-2027. To be admitted to the PGDM, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised university or institute. Selection is based on the past academic record, entrance exam scores, and Group Discussion & Personal Interview. Aspirants belonging to General / EWS / OBC - NC must also be not more than 28 years of age, and SC/ST/DA candidates must not be more than 30 years of age as of July 2026. The academy provides admission to the PGDM course as a full-time course with 55% basic management subjects, such as Finance, HR, Marketing, Analytics, and Technology, along with 45% Insurance Subjects, including Life Insurance, Re-Insurance, General Insurance, and Pension. Applicants interested in admission to their desired specialisation can select by fulfilling the basic eligibility criteria set by the NIA. Candidates are instructed to fill out the application form before the deadline.

For admission to the full-time PGDM course, candidates must be eligible for the course, which includes various requirements of academic qualifications, entrance exam scores, and an age limit. The student must have passed a bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised university. Along with the bachelor's degree, candidates must also have valid scores in CAT (75%), XAT (80%), and CMAT (95%). Eligible aspirants will be selected for the further process of admission, which includes Group Discussion and Personal Interview, including knowledge of English.
Students who want to enrol in the PGDM course of the National Insurance Academy (NIA) can visit the official website and fill out the application form carefully. However, candidates must fulfil the basic requirements of the course, which include valid scores in entrance exams such as CAT (75%), XAT (80%), and CMAT (95%), together with a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks. Moreover, candidates must not be more than 28 years old (General / EWS / OBC-NC candidates) or 30 years(SC/ST/DA) of age as of July 2026. Furthermore, aspirants must appear for a Group Discussion followed by a Personal Interview conducted by the academy. Also, candidates have to pay the required course fee of INR 11,00,000 on time for the entire duration of 2 years.
