At NICMAR Delhi-NCR, the Placement Office is a centralised division that liaises with the leading recruiters in India and overseas. The placement season 2025 was attended with much excitement by the top players in CRIP (Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Project Management industries). The institute had achieved a 100% placement rate, which serves as testimony of its strict academic training, industry-driven curriculum and close relations with corporations. Students were hired for different positions of Project Engineers, Planning Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Business Analysts.
The industry giants such as L&T, Tata Projects, Shapoorji Pallonji, HDFC Realty, Adani, Greenko, Voltas, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, and Blue Star, among others, were the top recruiting firms for the 2025 batch. The highest salary package offered to the students was recorded as INR 30 LPA, and the average salary package stood at INR 9.25 LPA. Pre-placement discussions, resume seminars, mock interviews, and career counselling seminars facilitated the placement process so that students are well-equipped to handle industry expectations.
The NICMAR Delhi-NCR placement season is determined as an annual event. Basically, it starts in July or August and finishes in May or June. During this period, the students engage in mock tests, practice group discussions, mimic interviews, and participate in personality development to enhance capacity.
