NICMAR Admission Process 2025
NICMAR Delhi-NCR provides a post-graduate degree program in management, which includes: PGDM-APM, PGDM-ACM and PGCM-QSCM. Along with this, the Executive Education program is also available at the institute. NICMAR Delhi-NCR admission is based either on merit or entrance exam, which aims at selecting candidates with a good academic background, analytical skills and leadership potential. Applicants should have a minimum aggregate of 50% mark in their undergraduate degree. The final-year students are also eligible to apply.
Selection is usually done through a written exam, the NICMAR Common Admission Test (NCAT) or valid scores in exams such as CAT, MAT, ATMA or CUET (PG) and Group Discussion (GD), Personal Interview (PI), and Rating of Application (RA) based on academic and work experience. Admissions to the academic session 2025 of the National Institute of Construction Management and Research have officially commenced, and the last date to apply is August 2025 (Tentative) for all the programs. When applying, students are advised to pay the application fee, which ranges between INR 2,000 and 2,400. PGDM in ACM, APM, and PGCM in QSCM
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Planning from a recognised university.
- Minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved categories).
- Final-year students may also apply.
- Selection via PG-NCAT or valid scores from CUET PG / CAT / XAT / MAT / NMAT / GRE / GMAT / ATMA.
- Followed by the Rating of Application (RA) and Personal Interview (PI).
Executive Education:
- Candidates must have a bachelor degree from a recognised university.
- Two years relevant experience is required for the admission into executive programs.
NICMAR PGDM Admission 2025
NICMAR Delhi-NCR currently accepts applications for the academic session 2025, and will close soon. PGDM specialisations that applicants have a chance to pursue include Advanced Construction Management (ACM), Advanced Project Management (APM), and PGCM in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management (QSCM).
For admission, applicants must have a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks; Engineering, Architecture and Planning degrees are essential to ACM and QSCM. Admissions for the Executive Education programs at NICMAR Delhi-NCR for the 2025 batch are now open, offering a dynamic platform for working professionals to elevate their leadership and technical capabilities. The various specialisations of the executive education program include E-PGP ACM, E-PGP APM, E-PGP QSCM, and the duration of these courses is 11 months and is distributed in 4 modules, each module has 5 subjects. Candidates who want to pursue executive education must have a bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
NICMAR Application Form 2025
NICMAR Delhi-NCR campus has recently announced its admissions to the 2025 academic year, along with admissions to various post-graduate programs in the area of construction and project management, and related disciplines. This campus is situated in Jhajjar, Haryana, and it provides a dynamic learning environment having a strong industry interface and a tradition of excellence in construction education. NICMAR applies the application process fully online using the admissions portal and therefore reaches candidates all over India with ease and convenience.
To apply, a candidate has to complete a registration at the NICMAR site and generate a login ID. After registering, they are given an opportunity to complete the application form by filling out the personal information, academic background details, and work experience (where necessary). The applicants must provide scanned copies of the relevant documents, such as mark sheets, ID proof, and a passport-sized photograph, among others. Single program preferences cost INR 2,000, and the two program preferences cost INR 2,200, and the three program preferences cost INR 2,400, which is paid online during submission.
