The NICMAR Delhi-NCR offers PGDM and PGCM programs. The Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Construction Management (PGDM) is a two-year full-time program. It is dedicated to the technical and managerial nature of construction projects, addressing such topics as construction technology, construction project planning, cost estimation, and sustainable construction. Another two-year course is the PGDM in Advanced Project Management (APM), which can be undertaken by any graduate. NICMAR has a one-year PGCM in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management (QSCM).
Admission to the 2-year PGDM and 1-year PGCM is based on the marks secured by the students in a bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of 50% marks. Along with this, a valid score in any one of the entrance exams is required, like CUET PG/ State-CET/ CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ GMAT/ ATMA, etc. For students appearing in the NCAT and other entrance exams, the highest score secured in that exam will be considered for the final merit.
The institute further provides Executive Education programs in different fields, like as E-PGP ACM, E-PGP APM, and E-PGP QSCM. Admissions to these programs require a UG degree with 2 years of work experience.
NICMAR Delhi-NCR has two flagship Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) programs for the academic year 2025, which include Advanced Construction Management (ACM) and Advanced Project Management (APM).
