NICMAR Admission 2025
Applications to NICMAR Delhi-NCR 2025 are now officially open to enter PGDM programs to join postgraduate courses that match the industry requirements of construction, infrastructure, and project management. The institute offers two-year Postgraduate Diploma courses in Advanced Construction Management (ACM) and Advanced Project Management (APM), and a one-year PGCM in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management (QSCM).
Admission is done either on merit or entrance exam scores, and it involves the NICMAR Common Admission Test (PG-NCAT), a Personal Interview (PI) and Rating of Application (RA). Depending on the program, candidates can also appear for the national-level exam (including CAT, XAT, MAT, NMAT, GMAT, GRE, ATMA, or CUET-PG).

NICMAR Admission Eligibility Criteria 2025
The NICMAR Delhi-NCR Admission Eligibility Criteria 2025 depend on the program and specialisations.
For the PGDM and PGCM programs, a candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in any of the following disciplines: Engineering, Architecture or Planning with a minimum of 50% marks. Notably, those undergraduate students in their final year are also welcome to apply, only that they will need to provide evidence of their graduation before the initiation of the program. The admission is done on the basis of performance in the PG-NCAT (NICMAR Common Admission Test), after which there is a Personal Interview (PI) and Rating of Application (RA). In other cases, applicants can provide results of national-level exams, including CAT, XAT, MAT, NMAT, GMAT, GRE, ATMA, or CUET-PG, depending on the program.

NICMAR Scholarships 2025
The NICMAR Delhi-NCR Scholarships 2025 will be aimed at assisting meritorious and high-achieving students undertaking full-time postgraduate Diploma courses in the field of construction, infrastructure, and project management. The institute provides various scholarships that help to address the financial burden and award academic excellence in a way that enables the deserving candidates to get quality education without looking back on the matter.
The NICMAR Top Rankers Scholarship is one of the flagship awards; the scholarships are open to students joining the PGDM and the PGCM programs. This is a merit scholarship and will take into account the academic performance in Class 10, Class 12 (or Diploma) and graduation. Students can have their tuition fees waived by 20-80% depending on the percentage of marks achieved. As an example, if a candidate has a consistent score of 95% or more on all three stages, they are entitled to an 80% tuition fee waiver, and 90 percent may be waived 60%, and so forth.
Besides this, NICMAR also has the NICMAR Merit Scholarship, which is given to graduating students performing best in the PGDM programs at the end of every academic semester.
