IIT Madras Admission 2025

IIT Madras application process has begun for its UG, PG, Dual Degree and Doctoral Programs. Admission to IIT Madras UG, PG and PhD programs is based on candidates' performance in Class 12, Graduation and Entrance Exams. For BTech admissions, after qualifying the IIT Advanced exam, candidates are required to participate in the JoSAA Counselling round and based on their rank, they can choose the college for pursuing BTech program.

IIT Madras Application Process

Initially, IIT Madras requires candidates to register for and appear in relevant entrance exams, like JEE Main for BTech, IIT JAM for MSc, GATE for MTech and CAT for MBA. After securing a valid rank for BTech program, candidates are required to participate in the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counselling.
