IIT BHU Scholarship & Financial Aid Options

IIT BHU offers strong financial support for its students across UG, PG, PhD and Integrated programs. Undergraduate students can get Merit-cum-Means scholarships for 25% of them, plus endowment scholarships and special aid for SC/ST students like free studentship, mess charge refunds and pocket money. All non-sponsored M.Tech/M.Pharm students receive Junior Research Fellowship-level stipends, while PhD students get many Junior/Senior Research Fellowships with efforts to cover all eligible candidates.

Also, IIT BHU alumni have donated many scholarships in past years, and the institute is making the process more transparent through IAIC to get more alumni support. Below is the list of alumni-funded scholarships:
