The selection criteria for the PhD in IIM Bodh Gaya start from the test scores of the entrance examination for the PhD. IIM Bodh Gaya offers full-time PhD students a comprehensive scholarship covering all academic and hostel fees. The stipend is INR 50,000 per month until the comprehensive exam and INR 60,000/month afterwards.
Additional support includes an INR 25,000 annual contingency grant for books and journals, a one-time INR 50,000 laptop grant, and up to INR 1,75,000 for conference travel after passing the comprehensive exam. A one-time INR 30,000 caution deposit is required at registration.
