The process of the placements are started when any organsiations shows interest in hiring from IIM Bodh Gaya. once that happens, all the interested students are asked to register for that job and an email will be shared with the placement committee that will have the detail of the job openings.

The Alumni engagements happen in IIM Bodh Gaya with the one example being Alumni Meet of 2021. It was the first alumni meet that was held virtually on 8th May 2021.
