Today is the last chance for students to register for Viksit Bharat Buildathon 2025, which is India's largest student innovation challenge. The registration portal closes on October 11, 2025 and submissions will not be accepted after this date. This challenge is for students in grades 6-12 to develop innovative ideas for national development. Schools must register their teams tonight as there will be no more registrations allowed after today.
Students must register through their school and the school may register multiple teams. After registration, students must submit their project ideas no later than October 13, 2025.

What is Viksit Bharat Buildathon 2025?
Viksit Bharat Buildathon 2025 is a nationwide innovation challenge for school students. It was launched by the Ministry of Education to promote creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork among young minds. The initiative is part of the government’s mission to build a developed India, Viksit Bharat, by 2047.

District & State-Level Events
Activities of innovation will be inaugurated in schools.
The idea of holding community events with several schools and guests is proposed to the states for such events.
Submission of Entries
Schools will record their ideas or prototypes and upload the videos for public viewing after the event.

What Happens After Registration?
Once registered, teams will submit their project ideas. Selected teams will move to the next round, where they will present their ideas to experts. Finalists will be invited to showcase their projects at a national-level event.
Winning teams will receive certificates, prizes, and mentorship opportunities as there will be an Awards Pool of Rs. 1 Crore, with 10 National Level winners, 100 State level winners and 1000 District level winners.
